We can take care of all the little details (as much or as little help as you need), everything from venue selection, budget management, vendor/contract negotiations on your behalf (passing the savings onto you!), event decor and floral design, assistance with invitations, providing professional on-site staff, day-of coordination and of course, cleanup after the reception's all done. All you and your fiance have to do is show up and have fun!

We create customized Austin wedding planning packages, specifically catered to your needs on your big day. We make it as simple as possible because well, that's what we do best! The Simplifiers also can provide additional professional on-site staff including TABC certified bartenders ($30/hour), Event Manager ($35/hour) and Event/Catering/Setup Assistants ($25/hour). Our Catering Assistants can help with simple food prep, waitstaff service and full cleanup.
